Single Girder Overhead Crane for Metallurgic Plants

This single girder Overhead Crane for metallurgic plants is mainly used for lifting molten metal and foundries in metallurgic plant. It can be also employed to lift non-molten metal and high temperature solid metal. The lifting hoist is YH metallurgy-use Electric Hoist with hoisting capacity reaching 10t.

The bottom of main girder adopts special heat-insulation treatment with working environment temperature ﹣10℃~﹢60℃, and relative humidity ≤ 50%( 40℃). Design and manufacture meet the requirements of AQSIQ Doc # (2007)375. Altitude below 2000 m, no fire, explosion hazard, corrosive medium.

The power supply of the crane is 3P, AC, 50Hz, 380V (or customized). The upper limit of the allowable voltage fluctuation is +10% higher than the rated voltage, and the lower limit is -15% lower than the rated voltage. And the internal voltage loss of the crane was 5%.

The crane is measured on the ground in the non-closed plant without any noise interference and the lifting height is not less than 5m. When the lifting weight ≤5t, the whole machine noise is not more than 85dB(A), and the lifting weight is ≥5t. When the noise of the whole machine is not more than 90dB (A).
