Double Girder Overhead Crane FEM/DIN Standard

Weihua provides customers with FEM/DIN standard Double Girder Overhead Crane which is designed and fabricated with European FEM standard and German DIN standard. The capacity of this FEM/DIN double standard Overhead Crane reaches 800t. The hoist/trolley is installed between 2 girders. Thus it increases the traveling range of slings. 

Light-weight and Modular Design:

1. Overall crane height is lower by 20%~25%;

Advanced Fabrication:

1. Sandblast pretreatment of steel plates and the surface quality reaches Sa2.5;

2. Webs plate is cutted by CNC cutting machine to insure the smooth and accurate curved surface;

3. Seams are soldered by automatic arc welding machine and detected by ultrasonic and X-ray ;

4. The girder and trolley structure is manufactured by floor-type boring lathe to insure flatness.

Safety:

1. Overload limiter of safety supervision system can show the load value on screen to warn operator to avoid overload;

2. Before working, the whole system will carry out self-checking includes: power supply voltage, default phase, validity of the safe protection device and the zero button;

High Reliability:

1. Imported branded motor with insulation grade: F and protection degree: IP54. With overheat alarm. The motor is protected by aluminum alloy stretching cover with good heat dissipation;

2. Imported gear box from Germany. Hardened gears with good bearing capacity, excellent seal to avoid penetration of grease;

3. Main electric components imported from international brands such as: Siemens, Schneider and ABB etc. with protection degree higher than IP54;

4. Crane wheels are forged by 65mn alloy steel with features of wear-proof, anti-fatigue and long service life.
