Double Girder Overhead Crane

Weihua double girder overhead cranes (cap. 5t-800t) commonly used for manufacturing or maintenance applications. Application: workshop, warehouse, power plant, manufacturing production line, assembly production line, metallurgy plant, papermaking, steel plant, garbage treatment plant, etc. So it has different slings for different industries. The commonly seen sling is with hook, grab bucket, clamps. We also provide special slings such as magnet, container spreader, and special processing slings for special industry.

Double girder overhead cranes are commonly used in the casting of steel and other metals such as copper and aluminium. At every step of the manufacturing flow, metal is handled by an Overhead Crane. For example, at a metallurgic plant, raw materials are lifted into a furnace by overhead crane, hot metal is then made into specific products and tempered or annealed, and then handled by an overhead crane for cooling, the finished products are lifted by overhead crane for stacking and loading on truck.

For automobile industry, user uses overhead cranes to handle raw materials.

For papermaking industry, almost all papermaking mills use overhead cranes for the maintenance of heavy press rolls and other equipment. Besides, the overhead cranes are used in the beginning of construction of paper machines because they make it easier to install the heavy cast iron paper drying drums and other heavy duty equipment, some weighing as much as 70 tons.

In many cases, the cost of overhead crane is much cheaper than renting mobile cranes in the construction of a facility especially with a lot of heavy equipment.

Features of Weihua Double Girder Overhead Crane:

1.      Weihua double girder overhead crane work duty can be A5 or A6 according to usage frequency and load weight.

2.      There are 3 method to enter the cabin: from the side, from the end, form the top.

3.      The cabin can be either fitted at the left end or at the right end.

4.      Safe busbar conductor or angle iron can be used for crane power supply, which can be either at the opposite side of the cabin or at the same side of the cabin.

5.      All the operation are carried out at the cabin.
